After all the things I’ve gone thru

I don’t have any regrets

I must say I would’ve never knew

That hurt and pain causes a lot of sweats

I’ve been hit very hard

I’ve been knocked to my knees

I have been caught off guard

I’ve prayed that God help me please

I try not to wine and complain

But sometimes it’s a bit much

I have to pray just to maintain

Because these things hurt my touch

I fall to my knees because I’m weak

I did bend but I didn’t break

It hurt so bad that I can’t speak

And my mind it’s trying to take

I’ve gone thru but I have no regrets

I’ve held on to the end

I’ve gone thru but I have no regrets

I’m thankful that god is now my closest friend
