The world is telling us to hate each other

It’s telling us that blacks don’t belong

The world is telling us not to love one another

It’s showing us all things that are wrong

The world is telling us its okay to kill

That it’s okay for cops to kill the black man

That some don’t have rights to free will

The world wants us to be under its command

We must stand together, now and forever

We have to join together in unity

We need to find ways that are better

Because we all want to be happy and free

There’s some that don’t go by guidelines and rules

They think it’s okay to be hurtful and mean

Yet they are complete fools

Because before long everyone will see that they’re unclean

The world is telling us that we have to lose

That we can’t unite and stand together

The world is telling us that “unity” we can’t choose

But we have to show the world that we are clever
